The AGV-300JZ is an upgraded evolution of the AGV-300J platform, featuring a completely redesigned PI industrial chassis that reduces the vehicle footprint to near AGV-150JZ dimensions while maintaining a full 300 kg rated payload. The lower-profile chassis integrates the jacking mechanism directly, minimizing overall height and improving clearance compatibility with a wider range of rack systems.
Navigation flexibility is a core strength of the AGV-300JZ. The standard laser module supports Laser SLAM free-path navigation and can additionally operate in small-range reflector-assisted mode, allowing deployment across both structured and semi-structured warehouse environments. An optional downward-looking QR code camera provides an alternative or supplementary positioning layer for facilities that require hybrid navigation.
Designed for B2B logistics and flexible manufacturing environments, the AGV-300JZ retains full compatibility with diverse rack types, autonomously moving beneath shelving units to engage the jacking mechanism for load transfer. An optional 5G communication module supports integration into high-density, latency-sensitive fleet management systems.
