The Elite Robots CS63F is part of the CSF Force-Control Series — an upgraded force-sensing collaborative robot built on the proven CS platform. A proprietary six-axis force/torque sensor is integrated directly into the tool end, delivering high-precision force detection, heightened collision sensitivity, and safer human-robot interaction.
The built-in force sensor enables high constant-force tracking accuracy, making the CS63F ideal for demanding surface-finishing tasks such as precision grinding, polishing, and adhesive dispensing on complex curved surfaces. During manual teaching, the arm's sensitivity to workpiece and equipment contact helps protect both the part and the tooling.
With a 3 kg payload and 597.6 mm reach, the CS63F combines a compact footprint with six degrees of freedom and a lightweight 9.5 kg body weight. It supports open interfaces, strong third-party compatibility, and secondary development, providing an efficient and safe solution for industrial automation.
The CSF series is available in multiple payload variants (3 kg to 25 kg), all sharing the same force-control architecture to address a wide range of assembly, finishing, and inspection applications.
