The Elite Robots DC400-06 is a composite robot that integrates an autonomous mobile AGV chassis with a collaborative robotic arm, delivering true "hands and feet" mobile manipulation in a single platform. Designed to solve the critical last-meter automation challenge in manufacturing, it seamlessly combines autonomous navigation with precise pick-and-place capability.
The DC400-06 supports both QR code navigation and laser navigation, achieving positioning accuracy of ±10 mm. It is well-suited for intra-workshop material transfer and automated machine tending (CNC loading/unloading), enabling continuous, unmanned operation across production lines.
Equipped with a 6-axis collaborative arm with 6 kg payload mounted on a 400 mm-wide AGV chassis, the system offers flexible deployment in space-constrained factory environments. The platform chassis payload capacity supports the arm and end-effector tooling required for a wide range of industrial tasks.
