ROKAE's Intelligent Welding Robot Series leverages next-generation fully force-controlled flexible collaborative welding technology to deliver agile welding solutions tailored for small-batch, multi-variety production environments.
The series is widely applied across demanding industries including shipbuilding, steel structures, construction machinery, cranes, power generation, and electrical engineering, providing consistent, high-precision welds in complex scenarios.
Built on ROKAE's proprietary force-control platform, these robots feature industry-leading force measurement resolution of 0.1 N / 0.02 Nm and force control relative accuracy of 0.5 N / 0.1 Nm, enabling adaptive, intelligent welding performance.
The series spans four models — SR3-3/0.7C, SR5-5/0.9C, CR7-7/0.98C, and CR12-12/1.4C — covering payloads from 3 kg to 12 kg and reaches from 705 mm to 1434 mm, with IP54 or IP67 protection ratings and repeatability as fine as ±0.02 mm.
