Product Description
The YouFu UFU Assistive Robot (Personal Edition) is designed for individuals with spinal cord injuries, brain lesions, neurological disorders, muscle weakness, or those recovering from major surgery who are unable to stand or walk independently. It helps users manage daily positional transfers, standing training, and toileting needs, enabling greater self-sufficiency in daily life.
The robot features an electric motorized lifting boom that gently raises and lowers the user — like a pair of strong arms supporting them upright — while a trapezoidal handlebar provides ergonomic grip during ascent and movement. The remote control uses an intuitive button layout that mirrors natural body movement directions, allowing new users to get started within one minute.
Powered by a Mecanum wheel servo chassis, the UFU achieves true omnidirectional movement: forward/backward, lateral side-to-side, and 360° zero-radius rotation. This makes it perfectly suited to narrow indoor spaces such as home rooms, offices, elevators, and bathrooms. Three selectable speed modes (slow, medium, fast) let users match the pace to their needs, and the unit also includes a built-in emergency alarm and night-time lighting for added safety.
Multiple body-dimension adjustment points and ergonomic design ensure a comfortable fit for a wide range of users. The remote handset charges conveniently by docking into the main unit, keeping the device always ready for use.
